Organic Maca Root

Our organic Maca powder is a tri-color blend (red, yellow, and black) of gelatinized maca root from the high Andes of Peru. Gelatinization removes the starch for easier digestion and concentrates the active compounds. Maca has been cultivated for over 2,000 years at altitudes above 14,000 feet and is traditionally used as a food and medicine by indigenous Peruvian communities.
